Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Choice of Law. HI law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of HI, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
